Strap the kids into their trainers and let ‘em loose. The Nottingham Inflatable Family Fun Day is back and it’s three solid days of bouncy castles, slides, trampolines, bumper cars, and enough sugar to fuel a small riot.

No dogs, no adults on the inflatables (sorry, Karen), just chaos for kids aged 2–12 and peace for parents who remember to bring cash. Two sessions daily, and the car park won’t charge you a penny.

Skip soft play, this is the big leagues. Get there early, get 'em bouncing, and enjoy that glorious post-jump nap in the car ride home.

You ever eat something so good you stop mid-bite just to swear? That’s Pici. Nottingham’s most hyped new restaurant is serving up hand-rolled pasta, wood-fired pizzettes and small plates with big energy — all from the same genius behind Slice ‘n’ Brew.

Expect plates that look like they’ve been lifted straight from a Vogue food shoot, and a menu that includes things like wild mushroom lasagne with tarragon foam (don’t question it, just eat it). There’s also crispy courgette fritti, Negroni trout, and a tiramisu that might change your life.
