Morning! The Midlands biggest tattoo show takes over Motorpoint Arena on Saturday with top UK artists, quirky traders, acrobatics and pyrotechnics. A celebrity strongman is also on the bill, which rounds things out nicely.

Also this week, a brand new board game and brick lounge has just opened in Sneinton Market, a Friday evening wellbeing retreat with meditation and Reiki in Sherwood, and a pre-loved baby and children's sale in East Leake on Sunday for anyone whose hallway has been taken over.

The Midlands biggest tattoo show is back at Motorpoint Arena for another year. Some of the UK's top tattoo artists under one roof, a floor full of quirky traders selling things you won't find on the high street, and stage shows with acrobatics, pyrotechnics and a celebrity strongman, because apparently that's what tattoo shows do now and nobody is complaining.

Whether you're booked in to get tattooed, shopping for something different, or just want a genuinely good day out, it's a full ten hours.

A Friday evening retreat in Sherwood led by Rachel, a registered social worker and mindfulness coach with over twenty years of experience in mental health. The session covers guided meditation, vision board making and group Reiki, designed to work for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike. Any profit goes directly to Cat Patrol, a Nottingham cat rescue, which is either a lovely touch or the main reason you book depending on your priorities.
