Things to do this week: Midcentury Home Market, Allday Indie Festival and a Floristry Workshop With Prosecco!

Morning! A midcentury vintage market at The Nest on Sunday with specialist traders from across the UK, an all-day outdoor indie festival at Binks Yard on Saturday, and a floristry workshop with prosecco on Wednesday evening. Three very different ways to spend the week, all of them better than whatever you had planned.

Also this week, a singles social at Malt Cross on Thursday, comedy in the caves on Friday, and a 70s day party at Saltbox Bar on Saturday afternoon if the indie festival isn't quite your era.

A Korean street food spot that has quietly been doing some of the best fried chicken in the city centre. Boneless Korean fried chicken in four sauces, including a sweet garlic soy and a spicy sour that both have absolutely no right to be as good as they are. Then there are the corndogs. Mozzarella or sausage, panko breadcrumbs, and a sugar coating that sounds wrong, tastes right, and will make you immediately order another one.
